Can Hypnotherapy Really Heal the Body?

YES! When you go into a deep sleep your mind moves into the frequency called delta, which is between 0-4Hz. In this state, your body starts to rejuvenate and heal itself. Hypnotherapy allows you to access this ability and accelerate the Healing and Rejuvenation process.

How long does it take to experience changes?

On average, the process requires one to four visits to address most issues. Appointments are 45 – 60 minutes in length.  There have been occasional successes in one session, but in my experience, most clients need multiple sessions.  Because you must be a willing participant in the hypnotherapy process, each individual’s experience and hypnotherapy results will vary.
